This role will lead the strategy, delivery, and evolution of integrations with systems such as Sage, QuickBooks, and ERP aggregators (e.g. Codat, Merge, Apideck) .You will be responsible for building scalable, high-quality integrations that power financial workflows for our partners and customers, working closely with engineering, external vendors, and internal stakeholders.This role is critical to expanding the reach and adoption of Ebury’s API platform.What you’ll doOwn the Connectivity (ERPs) product domain , including: Direct integrations(e.g. Sage, QuickBooks) and Third-party aggregation platforms (e.g. Codat, Merge, Apideck)Define the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for ERP connectivityMake strategic build vs. buy decisions for integrationsDelivery & executionTranslate partner and business needs into clear API requirements and specificationsWork closely with backend engineers to deliver reliable, scalable integrationsManage dependencies with external ERP providers and aggregation platformsEnsure integrations are production-ready, well-documented, and maintainableAct as the primary product contact for ERP connectivity internallyCollaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and ComplianceEngage directly with external partners and vendors to manage integration requirements, timelines, and changesQuality, scalability & DXEnsure a high standard of API design, consistency, and versioningPartner with the API Platform & DevEx team to deliver: Clear documentation, predictable data models and scalable onboarding for partnersWhat success looks likeIn the first 6–12 months:6+ new ERPs integrations successfully launched and adoptedERP aggregator integration live and supporting multiple downstream ERPsClear, well-documented integration guides with low integration frictionStrong feedback from partners on reliability and usabilityReduced operational and support overhead for ERP-related integrationsWhat you’ll needMust-have experience5+ years of Product Management experience (for L4) / 7+ years (for L5)Strong experience with APIs, integrations, or platform productsDirect experience in ERP or accounting software integrations , ideally: Working at companies like Codat, Merge, Apideck, or building integrations with Sage, QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero , etc.Comfortable working with technical teams on complex data models and workflowsProven ability to manage external dependencies and third-party vendorsNice-to-haveExperience in fintech, payments, or financial data platformsFamiliarity with OAuth, webhooks, data sync models, and reconciliationExperience defining API standards and versioning strategiesLevel-specific expectationsOwn the ERP Connectivity roadmap and execution end-to-endOperate independently within the domainDrive delivery with engineering and partnersMake strong tactical decisions with limited guidanceSet strategic direction for ERP connectivity across the API platformInfluence API standards and integration strategy beyond the domainAct as a mentor to other PMsPartner closely with leadership on long-term platform strategyWhy Ebury?Competitive Starting Salary with an annual discretionary bonus that truly rewards your performance from day one.Dedicated Mentorship: Learn directly from experienced managers who are invested in your success.Cutting-Edge Technology: Leverage state-of-the-art tailor made tools and systems that enable you to perform at your best.Clear, Accelerated Career Progression: Defined pathways to leadership and specialist roles within Ebury.Dynamic & Supportive Culture: Work in a collaborative environment where teamwork and personal growth are prioritized.Generous Benefits Package: Access competitive benefits tailored to your location, which typically include health care and social benefits.Central Madrid office: A fantastic location with excellent transport links.Ready to launch your career with a global FinTech?
