Trabajarás en un ecosistema de plataformas críticas con miles de operaciones por segundo, múltiples dominios funcionales y equipos federados. Tu misión será elevar el nivel técnico , definir estándares, impulsar buenas prácticas y garantizar que la arquitectura escale en rendimiento, resiliencia y mantenibilidad. Buscamos una persona que nos ayude a seguir creciendo, con ganas de aportar y seguir evolucionando de la mano de los mejores profesionales, pero sobre todo... en hiberus buscamos buena gente# ; #Diseñar y evolucionar arquitecturas de plataforma basadas en DDD, bounded contexts y arquitectura hexagonal. Impulsar arquitecturas orientadas a eventos (Kafka) garantizando consistencia, trazabilidad y buenas prácticas de integración. Diseñar pipelines CI/CD robustos con despliegues automatizados sobre Kubernetes , observabilidad, métricas y logging estructurado. Revisar pull requests, elevar el nivel técnico del equipo e impulsar estándares de calidad (Clean Code, SOLID, testing automatizado). Colaborar con equipos de dominio, data, APIs y producto para garantizar coherencia técnica y funcional en una plataforma distribuida. 8 años desarrollando backend con Java y Spring Boot en contextos exigentes. ~ Dominio de DDD , arquitectura hexagonal, patrones de diseño y buenas prácticas avanzadas. ~ Experiencia real construyendo microservicios productivos con alta concurrencia y rendimiento. ~ Conocimiento profundo en sistemas event-driven con Kafka. ~ Experiencia con bases de datos SQL y NoSQL , modelado y optimización. ~ Competencia en CI/CD , contenedores y despliegue en Kubernetes (ciclos de vida, ingresses, autoscaling…). ~ Inglés intermedio o avanzado (valorable). #Contrato indefinido en una compañía puramente tecnológica, que forma parte de un gran grupo, solvente y en crecimiento. #Acuerdos de teletrabajo #Ambiente familiar, cercano, como una gran familia ⏰ Conciliación con nuestra vida personal y laboral mediante horario flexible, acuerdos de teletrabajo, desconexión digital, jornada intensiva viernes y verano. #Formación Programa de retribución flexible a medida: seguro médico, tarjeta de transporte público, cheques guardería, tarjeta restaurante, etc. y queremos que formes parte de nuestro equipo.
