Hotel Operations & Wellness Coordination ManagerLuxury Addiction & Mental Health Recovery RetreatRole OverviewThe Hotel Operations & Wellness Coordination Manager is responsible for overseeing the full residential, hospitality, and non-clinical wellness operations of Oasis Premium Recovery, ensuring a highly structured, supportive, and discreet environment for clients undergoing addiction, burnout, and mental health recovery.This role goes beyond traditional hotel management and requires a strong understanding of recovery dynamics, emotional vulnerability, boundaries, and structure. The manager ensures that hospitality services, wellness activities, and therapeutic schedules operate in seamless alignment with each client’s individualized recovery plan, while maintaining clear separation from clinical decision‑making.Expanded Key Responsibilities1. Recovery‑Sensitive Guest ExperienceCreate and maintain a calm, predictable, and emotionally safe living environmentEnsure staff interactions reflect trauma‑informed and recovery‑aware principlesMonitor guest well‑being from an operational perspective and elevate concerns appropriatelyMaintain absolute discretion, confidentiality, and respect for client dignity2. Supervision of Client Appointments & SchedulingOversee and coordinate daily client schedules, including:Therapy sessions (individual & group)Medical or clinical appointments with external providersEnsure punctuality, smooth transitions, and minimal stress for clientsAct as the operational point of contact between clients, therapists, wellness providers, and driversAdapt schedules in response to client condition, energy levels, or recovery needs (within approved plans)Note: This role coordinates logistics only and does not provide therapy, diagnosis, or clinical guidance.3. Supervision of Wellness & Therapeutic DepartmentsOversee daily operations of all non‑clinical therapeutic and wellness services, including:Wellness practitionersFitness and movement instructorsMassage and bodywork providersEnsure practitioners adhere to Oasis standards, ethics, and recovery‑sensitive conductCoordinate schedules, space usage, and session flowMonitor quality, client feedback, and alignment with recovery goals4. Accommodation & Facility OperationsFull responsibility for residential units, communal spaces, and outdoor areasSupervise housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance teamsMaintain high luxury hospitality standards at all timesCoordinate meal services with chefs and nutrition partnersEnsure alignment with recovery‑supportive nutrition plans and dietary restrictionsOversee meal timing in harmony with therapy schedulesMonitor guest satisfaction and wellness feedback6. Staff Leadership & Recovery‑Aware TrainingRecruit, train, and manage hospitality and wellness support staffEnsure all staff understand:Addiction and mental health sensitivityBoundaries with clientsCrisis awareness and escalation protocolsFoster a calm, respectful, and highly professional team culture7. Cross‑Functional Coordination & ReportingWork closely with:Case managersExternal clinics and therapistsSenior managementProvide daily operational updates and incident reports when necessarySupport arrivals, departures, and transitions with heightened sensitivityEnsure operations comply with hospitality, health & safety, and internal recovery protocolsImplement and maintain SOPs for:Emergency and escalation proceduresMaintain clear documentation and audit‑ready operational recordsRequired Experience & ProfileSenior experience in luxury hospitality, wellness retreat, or private residence managementDemonstrated exposure to addiction recovery, mental health, or trauma‑informed environmentsStrong operational coordination and people‑management skillsHigh emotional intelligence, maturity, and resilienceExperience working with HNWI / UHNWI clienteleAbsolute discretion and ethical integrityThis Is NOT an Ordinary Hotel RoleThe successful candidate must understand that :Guests are clients in recovery, not touristsStructure, routine, and calm operations are part of the recovery processEmotional sensitivity, boundaries, and predictability are criticalHospitality decisions can directly impact mental and emotional stabilityReporting LineReports to General Manager / Clinical Liaison / Managing DirectorWorks in continuous coordination with Recovery Program Leadership#J-18808-Ljbffr
