Video is central to everything we do: from advertising and social content to branding, testimonials, and internal productions. This is a hybrid role based in Madrid, with creative freedom, variety, and real ownership. Developing story-led ideas for campaigns, ads, and branded content Planning shoots, storyboarding, and directing content (on-site or remotely) Leading a team of editors and creatives — giving clear direction and vision Working closely with sales, marketing, design, and content to keep messaging aligned Producing ads, social videos, brand content, testimonials, internal videos, and more Helping build the full video campaign system as we scale Strong experience creating video content for ads, social media, and brand campaigns A proven ability to lead creative direction, storytelling, and campaign development A natural drive to lead, organise, and build something meaningful with a strong team A vision for how strong stories and clear content can grow businesses and communities Translate a simple idea into a structured video or campaign You’ll have creative freedom and help shape the entire video approach from the ground up You’ll lead campaigns across industries and audiences — with variety built into the role You’ll help build a full video system — from ads to brand to internal productions Hybrid setup — 2 days in the Madrid office, 3 days remote ~ 4.2-day work week rolling out soon ~ Bonuses based on campaign success and creative performance ~ Support to explore new tools, test ideas, and work with AI to improve your process ~ Involvement across multiple projects, industries, and video styles ~ Collaborative, motivated team that moves fast and values quality Established in 2019, our marketing agency offers personalized digital services to lay solid foundations and improve your online presence with a custom marketing roadmap for your business.
