We’re committed to fostering a positive, growth‑oriented environment where creativity, collaboration, and innovation thrive.Requirements✔️ 5 + years of solid background in UX/UI design and market research, ideally in the gambling industry (highly desirable).✔️ Background working in product companies , with a deep understanding of product development cycles.✔️ Advanced skills in Figma and design systems.✔️ Strong information architecture, wireframing, and user research abilities.✔️ Ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable design insights.✔️ Experience designing for mobile apps and responsive web platforms .Abilities & Mindset✔️ Strong problem‑solving skills to tackle complex design challenges.✔️ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.✔️ Creative mindset with an eye for innovation and detail.✔️ Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.✔️ Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Education✔️ A degree in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related field is a plus.Responsibilities✔️ Create intuitive, user‑ and business‑centric designs that enhance the player experience and comply with regulatory standards.✔️ Conduct competitor research and usability testing to inform and justify design decisions.✔️ Build wireframes and prototypes in Figma to communicate design concepts clearly.✔️ Collaborate on the UX of new features while considering legal and compliance requirements.✔️ Design visually appealing interfaces following our design system.✔️ Partner with cross‑functional teams (Product, Dev, QA) to ensure the successful implementation of designs.Benefits✔️ 23 working days of vacation per year.✔️ 6 sick days without a doctor's note.✔️ Medical insurance.✔️ Birthdays, milestones and employee anniversaries celebrations.✔️ Modern offices with snacks and all the essentials.✔️ Social Club with more than 50 events per year – coming soon.✔️ Breakfasts and lunches in the office (partially covered).✔️ Language classes & tennis lessons (partially covered).Join BrainRocket and rock with us Bold moves start here.
