What you will do: This position is integrated into the Renewable Generation Assets platform, within the Solar, BESS, HV and Electrical organizational unit, which comprises a team of 14 people. The position will report directly to the Central Maintenance Associate Director. This is a high-level reporting and responsibility position, with significant exposure and visibility. The main goal of this position is to provide advanced electrical engineering expertise to operating renewable generation assets, acting as a technical authority in matters related to high voltage and low voltage electrical systems of substations, power lines, wind turbines and PV Solar sites. The role includes leading the definition, coordination and technical supervision of maintenance and inspection activities, major corrective actions, retrofits and repairs of critical electrical components, both on-site and in specialized workshops, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, reliability and cost efficiency. In addition, the Electrical HV Expert leads the analysis and resolution of complex, high-impact or recurrent electrical incidents, defining technical criteria, corrective strategies and long-term solutions, in alignment with corporate maintenance guidelines, company policies and applicable regulations. As a senior technical reference within Global Technical Services, the position is also accountable for providing expert support, mentoring and technical guidance to Specialists and Analysts, contributing actively to their professional development, knowledge
