Architect (d/f/m) Limehome – Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain Responsibilities You will design hotels and service apartments at a conceptual and high‑level, ensuring long‑term customer satisfaction by enhancing the look and feel of our properties. You will create and review efficient planning concepts and floor‑plan layouts together with our Product Team. You will oversee the entire design process for new properties, from interior concepts to the selection and planning of furniture solutions. You will evaluate buildings and projects in terms of location, design, and layout, actively visiting new properties and assisting in their development. You will support the team in presenting new ideas and design concepts to external stakeholders. Requirements Degree in Architecture or Building Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Spain. Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus. Ability to organise projects and responsibilities for team members. Minimum two years of experience in an architectural office or main contractor focused on hospitality. Experience working on construction sites and, ideally, estimating construction costs. Experience evaluating existing mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems. Proficiency with CAD software (preferably Rhino); knowledge of Adobe Suite, Google Suite, and Presto is a plus. Benefits Hybrid Office Model : Enjoy some days in our office or working from home.
