Automation Engineer, Marketing Operations

This role will report directly to the Sr. Solutions Architect.WHAT YOU'LL DO :Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing technology, product and engineering to deliver scalable solutionsServe as the day-to-day primary point of contact between cross-functional teams, managing relationships, answering and / or addressing requirements clarification questions as neededYou'll be responsible for ensuring that development efforts are accurate, timely, and consistent. This includes addressing any blockers and escalating risks and issues as needed.Lead regular check-ins with key stakeholders to continuously set expectations about project development timelines, identify at-risk dates, and devise risk mitigation tacticsTroubleshoot data and campaign issues by conducting root cause analyses, defining improvement recommendations, and resolving escalationsIdentify opportunities and propose solutions to improve existing processes or automate processes to improve and increase the team's ability to deliver marketing campaigns efficientlyStay up to date with developing marketing systems ecosystems and other system best practices to drive continuous improvementWHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)5+ years of experience in Marketing automation and CRM (Marketo, Salesforce)Engineering-oriented focus with ability to quickly become confident and competent in low-code software solutions.
