You’ll be designing experiences, not lessons. Full-time position from our offices in Dubai, Paris or Lisbon or remotely anywhere in the world. Your Mission As our Applied Psychologist, you’ll bridge psychology, storytelling, and product design to craft experiences that inspire transformation. Each cycle you lead will integrate: Protocols: guided frameworks that rewire perception, emotion, and action. Loops: adaptive, AI-powered coaching cycles that evolve with each user. Personalization: experiences that feel uniquely theirs, every time. AI agents: specialised agents that enhance the student journey with actionable insights. Your mission is to turn the Paradox ecosystem into beautifully orchestrated learning arcs that feel alive, cinematic, and deeply human. Key Responsibilities / Main Missions Learning Experience Architecture backed by science — own the full learning system from architecture to execution. Design the journey, not just the content, ensuring it is science-backed and captivating for non-scientists. Script learning experiences that engage both heart and brain; every word, exercise, and soundscape must serve transformation. Ensure every feature supports the evolution of the Paradox ecosystem: Loops, PX Agents, Protocols, Membership. Craft a premium, high-impact course experience; craft new courses with experts; co-create courses with top performers. Lead end-to-end design of courses from strategy to final content delivery; own scripting, copywriting, and educational assets. Conduct desk and user research to inform goals, learner personas, and curriculum structure. Craft AI Conversations and Loops; write and optimize prompt chains; refine tone and flow for human-transformative exchanges. Review conversations with AI to refine agents; define KPIs of transformation (not just completion). Iterate on courses using learner data, feedback, and performance metrics; be obsessed with user problems and weekly user interviews. Apply principles from habit formation, self-determination theory, and behavioral triggers to drive daily practice and retention. Ideal Candidate Experience : 3–6 years in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education preferred). Shipped at least one major feature or product end-to-end with measurable results. Comfortable with AI tools, Figma; proven track record delivering digital learning experiences across multiple asset types. Portfolio of cinematic / narrative-rich courses or learning programs. Traits : Craft-obsessed; strong writing skills; strong aesthetic sensibility; user- and impact-obsessed; critical thinker. Digital and AI savvy; ability to build AI Agents or demonstrate ability to learn quickly. Language : French native; English fluent; written communications in English.
