Global Reporting

NextLink is looking for a Global Reporting & Analytics Analyst who will be key in designing, developing and optimizing advanced analytical solutions, dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau. The main focus will be on Customer Excellence data with opportunities to support additional business domains.You will work closely with the corporate team based in Germany with data from one of the divisions Health Data Warehouse (Snowflake-based integrating CRM MDM ERP and other systems) as well as Excel, SharePoint and other sources.Responsibilities include ensuring solutions are well‑structured, documented and aligned with business needs while continuously improving usability, performance and maintainability.You will also contribute to the development of data transformations within the divisions Health Data Warehouse Datamart to support advanced analytics. Strong proficiency in SQL data modeling, dbt core, GitHub and modern development practices is essential.Design and deliver high‑quality dashboards and reports with consistent user‑friendly interfaces and accurate KPIs.Ensure data integrity through robust validation and reliability checks across all outputs.Develop, enhance and maintain advanced dashboards in Power BI and Tableau for Customer Excellence and broader analytics needs.Monitor and update dashboards regularly, resolving issues and incorporating feedback.Integrate and model data from Snowflake and other sources (Excel, SharePoint, etc.) using best practices in data architecture.Apply strong SQL skills and entity‑relationship modeling to work with complex multi‑source datasets.Follow modern development practices including version control (GitHub), documentation and modular design.Optimize and take ownership of existing BI solutions to improve performance and user experience.Document solutions thoroughly including technical specifications, user guides and change logs.Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.Collaborate closely with internal teams and occasionally engage directly with business stakeholders.Promote consistency and usability across all analytics deliverables.Support upskilling efforts by providing training documentation and best practices for analytics tools and dashboards.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Information Management, IT, Statistics or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, reporting or business intelligence.Proven expertise in Power BI and Tableau.Strong proficiency in SQL and entity‑relationship modeling; Snowflake experience is a plus but not required.Experience in structuring and documenting analytical solutions.Demonstrated ability to optimize and maintain BI solutions.Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and manage remote stakeholder relationships.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Experience with Customer Excellence data or similar domains is highly desirable.Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Snowflake, Databricks) and integrating diverse data sources.Experience with ETL/ELT tools such as dbt, Airflow or similar for data transformation and workflow automation.Required SkillsIntermediate to high experience to manage conflicts, challenge business customers, manage expectations and keep focus on overarching goal/vision.Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.Experience in project delivery and capacity to plan, enable, organize, facilitate and lead.Ability to provide support for running operations, issue management and problem solving.Solid IT technical & engineering background ideally around web development technologies.Past exposure to privacy solutions (e.g., OneTrust).Knowledge of/exposure to Digital Marketing solutions (CRM campaign management, web analytics) as a plus.Soft skills: proactive, autonomous, transparent, customer‑focus mindset with care for details.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, especially when working in virtual and global teams.Spanish proficiency is a plus.Key Skills: Cognos, Microsoft Access, SQL, Crystal Reports, Financial Report Writing, Power BI, Pivot tables, SSRS, Tableau, Regulatory Reporting, SAS, Data Analysis SkillsEmployment Type : Full TimeExperience : yearsVacancy : 1#J-18808-Ljbffr
