Misión del puesto En Primer Impacto buscamos un Chief Technology Officer (CTO) con visión estratégica, liderazgo y pasión por la innovación. Tu misión será definir, liderar y ejecutar la estrategia tecnológica de la compañía, asegurando que las soluciones técnicas potencien los objetivos de negocio y habiliten el crecimiento sostenible. Serás el motor de la transformación digital, garantizando la excelencia operativa, la seguridad y la escalabilidad de nuestra infraestructura tecnológica. Responsabilidades principales Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia tecnológica global , alineada con la visión corporativa. Dirigir y supervisar el roadmap tecnológico, así como una estrategia de producto que cubra las necesidades cambiantes de la compañía. Participar activamente en la definición y reclutamiento del equipo. Liderar equipos de Fullstack DevOps, Data y Sistemas, promoviendo la colaboración y la innovación continua. Definir la arquitectura tecnológica , asegurando estándares de calidad, seguridad y eficiencia. ulsar la transformación digital , explorando nuevas oportunidades tecnológicas que generen valor. Asegurar la gobernanza, protección y uso estratégico de los datos de la organización. Supervisar las estrategias de infraestructura, redes, dispositivos y ciberseguridad corporativa . Establecer KPIs de rendimiento, fiabilidad y seguridad para una mejora continua. Colaborar con la alta dirección en la definición de la estrategia empresarial y en la identificación de oportunidades tecnológicas que impulsen el crecimiento y la competitividad. Requisitos Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones o similar . Formación complementaria en gestión empresarial, liderazgo tecnológico o ciberseguridad (valorable). Certificaciones en Azure, ITIL y SCRUM. Experiencia mínima de 4 años en cargos de liderazgo tecnológico (CTO, Director de Tecnología, Head of Engineering o similar). Competencias clave Visión estratégica y capacidad de anticipación. Liderazgo y desarrollo de equipos multidisciplinares . Enfoque analítico, resolutivo y orientado a resultados . Proactividad, innovación y orientación a la calidad y seguridad . Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación e influencia . Conocimientos técnicos valorados Arquitectura de sistemas informáticos y DevOps avanzado . Estrategia y gobierno de datos (Data Strategy). Experiencia en Cybersecurity y gestión del cambio. Entornos Cloud (Azure) y arquitecturas distribuidas. Herramientas de CI / CD . Ecosistema de Data Engineering y Analytics (Airflow, DBT, Power BI, etc.).
