JOB DESCRIPTION: Drafting, management and processing of all types of corporate documentation (Minutes of the different types of Administrative and Management Bodies, General Meetings…) of the relevant corporate structures. Preparation, monitoring, management and processing of the group's power of attorney structure, appointment and revocation of positions as well as various structural changes. Follow-up, organization and processing of said documentation before the relevant public and private bodies, Commercial Registries, Notaries and other entities involved in each of the operations.
