Do you enjoy turning ideas into action, coordinating campaigns and making things happen as part of a collaborative team? We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support and collaborate in the implementation of multi-channel campaigns and coordination of marketing activities. This is a temporary 6-month position ideal for someone with solid digital experience who enjoys both the operational and creative sides of marketing. This role can be in our Madrid office on a hybrid working model. Role Responsibilities You’ll take an active role in planning, executing and tracking marketing campaigns that reach thousands of teachers and schools across Spain and Portugal. Your main responsibilities will include: Managing and coordinating the implementation of digital campaigns (email, social media, web and paid media). Coordinating with design, editorial and sales teams to deliver campaign assets on time. Updating and maintaining content across our websites and digital channels. Creating and adapting promotional materials (banners, brochures, newsletters, etc.). Monitoring campaign performance and preparing reports to share insights with the team. Helping with the organisation of events and webinars. Contributing ideas to improve campaign workflows, audience segmentation and lead management. Experience, Skills & Qualifications A degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields. 3 – 5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media or campaign coordination, ideally in an international environment. Good knowledge of marketing platforms and tools ( Office 365 , Hubspot , Canva, Wordpress , etc.). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it to actionable insights. Strong communication and organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive mindset. A high level of English (C1 minimum). A genuine interest in education and learning.
