A Value Engineer has full responsibility yim the end‑to‑end value journey – landing, expanding, adopting and renewing. Responsibilities include translating customers' objectives into value assessments or proof‑of‑value projects, building specific Celonis business cases and demos, running value workshops, and engaging with multiple senior stakeholders to deliver value‑driven results and secure long‑term partnership agreements.The RoleAs a Senior Process Intelligence Advisor, you spearhead our mission of data‑driven business transformation with our customers. You work in partnership with the Celonis Sales Team and have full responsibility for the end‑to‑end value journey. You are the customers' trusted advisor and help them achieve their strategic goals and realise significant value using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. In collaboration with partners and Celonis Services, you drive measurable business impact across processes and industries and accelerate the adoption of our platform. You blend deep processexe industry expertise with a proven consulting skill set and strong analytical skills at the forefront of one of the fastest‑growing tech companies worldwide.The work you'll doIdentify & Frame ValueDiscover and translate customers' strategic priorities into high‑impact Celonis use casesBuild demos and business cases, leveraging industry benchmarks and best practices to win new customersUndertake value assessments or proof‑of‑value projects and communicate the value opportunity and strategic roadmap to C‑Level executivesRealise ValueFacilitate business value workshops and use Celonis to identify and qualify opportunities for process enhancementDerive improvement measures in core business functions and initiate improvement actions and enterprise‑wide change initiativesPresent results and realised value to senior management and C‑Level executivesTake ownership of the end‑to‑end customer value journey – landing, expanding, adoption and renewalBuild a strategic expansion roadmap to embed Celonis Process Intelligence as a transformation platform and drive adoption and expansionProvide feedback to product development to enhance the Celonis platform and Apps based on new Supervisory use casesThe qualifications you needLive for Customer Value: Experience in an analytical role focused on demonstrating or securing value through business data analysis bricol and process improvement. Preferable in a customer‑facing solution consulting, sales engineering, or consulting role with a SaaS provider or in‑house analytics centre of excellence.Data378 Analytics, Applications & IT: Good knowledge of Business SaaS apps (e.g., SAP), experience implementing RPA,STANT BI tools or building dashboards and action flows. Knowledge of Python/SQL and collaboration with IT teams.Process Improvement & Value Realisation: Experience identifying use cases and deploying improvement measures, acting as a change agent, and training users/process owners.Project Management: Planning and managing project scopes, expectations and timelines, across multiple accounts at different stages of the value journey.
