Esta no es una oferta de abogado tradicional. Buscamos a la persona que sentará las bases de nuestra área legal de BIG GROUP . Tendrás la oportunidad única de diseñar, implementar y liderar toda la estrategia legal del holding, actuando como socio clave para la dirección y equilibrando la protección legal con la agilidad comercial que nos caracteriza. Tu misión principal Establecer una función legal robusta y proactiva que proteja los activos del grupo (comerciales e intelectuales) y dé soporte al crecimiento escalado de ambas unidades de negocio. ¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades clave? Arquitectura legal: Diseñar e implementar todos los procesos, políticas y plantillas legales (contractuales, compliance, etc.) desde para el holding y sus empresas. Asesoramiento comercial: Liderar la redacción y revisión de contratos clave: clientes (contratos de servicio de agencia), proveedores, partners estratégicos y acuerdos con alumnos. Asesorar en materia mercantil general, societaria (gestión del holding) y compliance Propiedad intelectual y digital (Especialidad): Gestionar y proteger el portfolio de propiedad intelectual del grupo (marcas, derechos de autor). Asesorar en la protección de activos creativos y activos académicos. Revisar derechos de imagen, licencias de uso (SaaS, contenido) y protección de los activos digitales. Gestión de riesgos: Identificar proactivamente los riesgos legales específicos de cada unidad de negocio y proponer soluciones prácticas. ¿Qué buscamos en tu perfil? (El candidato ideal) Experiencia fundamental: Experiencia en asesoramiento mercantil y de propiedad intelectual, con autonomía y capacidad para liderar la función legal. Experiencia en sector (Ideal): Se valorará muy positivamente haber trabajado dando soporte a agencias de marketing, empresas de ed-tech, medios de comunicación o escuelas de negocios. Visión de negocio: Un \"facilitador\" que entienda los objetivos comerciales de una agencia y una escuela, y encuentre el \"cómo sí\" legal. Habilidades de comunicación: Capacidad para traducir conceptos legales complejos a equipos creativos y académicos. Formación: Grado en Derecho y Máster de Acceso a la Abogacía. Colegiatura.
