We are seeking an analytical and solutions-driven Operations Specialist to manage supply for our ride-hailing operations in Madrid. If you're ready to take full ownership of your work, disrupt the marketplace, and shape movement patterns in the urban landscape - here's your chance Main tasks and responsibilities: Collaborate with fleets to support their performance and satisfaction. Implement initiatives to increase service availability and quality. Identify operational improvement areas and propose effective solutions. Negotiate agreements with fleets to increase the supply base. Monitor service quality and take action to uphold high standards. Support coordination of external agents. Represent the brand with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset. About you: You have 2 to 4 years of experience in Operations, Startup, Consulting, Banking or other relevant organizations, ideally with experience in analytical tasks and fast-paced environments. You are a strong collaborator with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Spanish. Strong communication and influencing skills. Data-driven mindset with solid analytical abilities. Independent, growth-oriented, and team player attitude. Experience in operations, logistics, mobility, or similar fields is a plus.
