We are looking for a Senior Model Validation Manager – CCR/XVA to join our team for a leading multinational in the investment banking sector . Own IMM backtesting and outcomes analysis (EPE, EEPE, PFE), including methodology design, thresholds, exception governance, and root-cause analysis. Validate netting and collateral (CSA) mechanics, VM/IM, MPoR, close-out assumptions, and model limitations. Develop and maintain benchmarking, sensitivity, and stress testing frameworks . Perform implementation verification, numerical stability checks, data quality and lineage reviews, and change management controls. Present validation conclusions to Model Risk Committees and MRM governance forums . Partner with Front Office, Risk, Finance, and Technology to resolve findings and enhance transparency and automation. Mentor junior team members and contribute to CCR/XVA validation best practices. Advanced degree (Master's/PhD preferred) in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Quant Finance). ~Strong Python skills (NumPy, pandas). ~ Permanent contract. Professional development through training and certifications.
