QA Automation Engineer – C# – Embedded Systems Can you imagine automating tests for embedded systems running on Linux and real hardware? Join our expert team to work on a security and access control software environment, contributing to the migration from manual test cases to a robust automation framework. You will apply your knowledge of C# (NUnit, Linux, embedded systems) to ensure software quality through automated testing on real hardware. How we make this happen Besides your team and manager, you will receive support from a dedicated godparent and mentor during the first six months. Regular 1:1 meetings and a development plan will help you set short‑, medium‑, and long‑term goals. As a senior profile you will have the freedom to deepen technical skills, influence project decisions, and share knowledge with other experts. Mentoring other ERNIans is also encouraged. What you will do You will convert manual test cases into automated test suites, develop and maintain testing frameworks using C# and NUnit, and execute tests on real hardware environments. You will collaborate closely with development teams to integrate automated testing into the delivery workflow, ensuring software quality and reliability. What you will bring More than 5 years of QA experience with a strong focus on test automation Solid experience developing automated tests with C# and NUnit Hands‑on experience with embedded systems on Linux and Windows Practical knowledge of hardware testing, including mounting, wiring, and physical validation Ability to transform manual test cases into automated test suites Project stability We work on a wide variety of projects, technologies, and sectors. Our hybrid model usually requires office presence two days per week, but it can vary by project and team.
