Collaborate with visionary leaders and diverse colleagues in a global environment, unlocking your full potential.If you thrive on data and digital transformation, this role is designed for you.Develop and maintain advanced analytics and dashboards to monitor Supply Chain KPIs, especially in Planning and Sustainability.Use SQL, Python, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) to extract, clean, and analyze operational data from data elements in semantic layer and data lake elements.Work closely with business users to understand reporting and digital tool requirements that provide actionable insights, analyze fit/gaps for business processes.Based on your end-to-end overview of SC Planning and Sustainability Reporting technology, and based on strong knowledge of both IT systems and industry state-of-the-art, you will collaborate with business teams and Excellence teams to continuously bring improvements to the Ice Cream Company’s Supply Chain capabilities.Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related fieldProven experience as a Data Analyst in supply chain management or a related field, ideally with exposure to global operationsMinimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain, or digital supply chain technologies.Intermediate to advanced proficiency with analytical tools (SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.); Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.Strong problem-solving and data storytelling skills to translate operational challenges into digital solutions.Experience with digital supply chain technologies and data management.Exposure to machine learning or predictive analytics for supply chain applications.Knowledge of supply chain best practices and emerging trends (e.g., Operational & Project Management SkillsStrong understanding of end-to-end planning operations and inventory management concepts.Proficiency in managing complex projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.Ability to identify and implement innovative solutions to improve supply chain reporting processes.Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between IT, supply chain business, and leadership.Equal Opportunity Employer: The Magnum Ice Cream Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
