Qualifications At least 6 years of experience in brand / marketing in FMCGFluency in English is a mustFMCG start up.Responsibilities Define and evolve brand strategy, voice, personality, and visual identity.Translate the Founder's vision into a cohesive brand narrative and creative direction.Position the brand as the premium lifestyle supplement brand in Spain and Europe.Launch and grow the community from the ground up: ambassadors, athletes, creators, trainers, and wellness leaders.Develop rituals, programs, and experiences that strengthen emotional attachment to the brand.Lead offline activations such as events, classes, pop-ups, and brand experiences.Build and manage relationships with influencers, creators, ambassadors, and tastemakers.Develop a tiered influencer/ambassador program that drives awareness, credibility, and engagement.Identify and execute partnerships with gyms, studios, wellness brands, cafés, and strategic partners.Oversee content strategy and creative direction across all channels: social, email, website, packaging, storytelling, and PR.Manage agencies, creators, and internal designers to deliver high-quality, on-brand content.Maintain creative consistency and excellence across every brand surface.Own social media voice and presence, ensuring content is culturally relevant and engaging.Develop communication strategies for product launches, campaigns, storytelling, and PR initiatives.Create a high-engagement organic engine that reflects the brand's lifestyle positioning.Work closely with the Founder as a thought partner in brand strategy, product, community, and culture.Collaborate with the VP of Growth to ensure brand and performance are aligned and mutually strengthening.Build and mentor a lean, high-output brand and community team as the company scales.Additional notes This role defines the identity, soul, and cultural relevance.You are not executing a marketing calendar - you are building a brand people fall in love with .You will help shape the foundation of what could become the leading premium brand across Europe.#J-18808-Ljbffr
