Outbound call (Medical panel) - Spanish / Italian Bilingual Speaker

We are recruiting an awesome team of Spanish / Italian Bilingual speakers to join us at our Madrid CoE office We are looking for Spanish /Italian Bilingual speakers with experience in outbound calls.

Your primary focus will be to build and maintain updated data of Healthcare Professionals to offer support to our customers, ensuring that any changes are correctly verified through different channels according to our business rules.

What to expect:

  1. Recruit target doctors and follow up on their participation. Create doctor’s engagement.
  2. Call new doctors to invite them to participate in our research and widen our panel of healthcare professionals.
  3. Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum rate of return.
  4. Proactively alert the manager on any issue or deviation in the standard procedure.

Our ideal candidate: Skills & other requirements

  1. Spanish / Italian bilingual speakers are required.
  2. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills as well as the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  3. Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
  4. Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
  5. Practical experience maintaining & updating databases is an advantage.
  6. Great attention to detail, accuracy, and strong teamwork skills are mandatory.
  7. Further tasks may include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting, and in some cases translations of text passages.
