Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly skilled professional Product Owner to join our team who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders, technical experts and regulatory bodies. The focus is on making a data transition from DTT Systems toward the Big Data Platform ODE. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills in German, excellent knowledge of data systems and proven experience in Agile methodologies.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a primary point of contact for German-language communication including with the workers council ensuring clear and accurate exchanges.Coordinate and document project activities in Jira including backlog refinement, sprint planning and progress tracking.Understand and analyze data systems including data flows, structures and types with the ability to support implementation discussions and challenge technical solutions if necessary.Support Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment to frameworks such as Scrum, helping the team adopt best practices.Make sound and timely decisions especially when balancing competing priorities.
