Business Analyst

**NN Digital Hub** is a subsidiary company of Nationale Nederlanden Group located in Madrid, Spain.We deliver IT services and solutions for the different international Business Units from Nationale Nederlanden Group We are looking for an experienced **Business Analyst / API Developer** to join our team As a Business Analyst / API Developer in our organization, your primary mission will be to collaborate with various teams to define insurance business logic and apply governance processes and principles. You will design standard APIs for different functional domains, such as quotation, new business, post-sales, claims, billing and collection, people, commissions, agents' management, reinsurance, coinsurance, and renewals.## * Design standard APIs for any of different functional domains: i.e Quotation, New business, post-sales, claims, billing and collection, people, commissions, agents’ management, reinsurance, coinsurance, renewals.* Aligning requirements from the different International Business Units with the standards ILOM systems* Hands on day to day designing activities using the latest Microsoft technologies.* Participation in solution design, concept visualization and functional and technical requirements definition and documentation.* Integrate technical functionality (e.g. scalability, security, performance, data recovery, reliability, etc.)* Produce and enforce functional development standards* Maintain a corporate repository of all business architecture artifacts and procedures* Assess technical implementation procedures to ensure they comply with internal and external regulations, best practices and corporate policies.* Recommend solutions to improve new and existing IT systems.* Deep knowledge on integration platforms, integration patterns, modern front-end frameworks and engagements platforms.* Strong knowledge of technical structure systems* Experience developing and leading technology engagement.* 8 or more years of experience in different insurance business lines.* Experience in designing APIs for any of different functional domains: i.e Quotation, New business, post-sales, claims, billing and collection, people, commissions, agents’ management, reinsurance, coinsurance, renewals.* Experience architecting solutions using the Microsoft .NET framework, modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, …) and cloud capabilities* Experience in Web Content Management Systems, Web Commerce, Email Marketing and Web Analytics.* Experience in Azure DevOps, Git, Microsoft Visual Studio 2018* An excellent understanding of best practices across technologies (client/server-side, QA, security by design, etc.).* Excellent time management, problem solving, teamwork, and communication skills.* Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high quality software against aggressive schedulesAs part of our Employee Experience, we offer you a range of competitive benefits that are available to you in order to improve the physical, mental, and professional wellbeing of our workers.
