The Supply Chain Associate is responsible for ensuring the proper preparation, configuration, and maintenance of technological equipment within the supply chain. This position combines technical tasks related to configuration and repair with operational warehouse management, guaranteeing that equipment is delivered to customers in optimal condition and that material flows remain organized and efficient. Pick, prepare, inspect, and pack electronic devices to ensure they meet quality and shipping requirements. Install and configure software on industrial electronic equipment under supervision (industrial PCs, video recorders, routers...). Perform basic functional tests to verify correct software/hardware operation. Follow established procedures, safety rules, and quality standards, while actively contributing to identifying process improvement opportunities and proposing initiatives to enhance efficiency. Technical background with basic knowledge of industrial technology and software systems. Understanding of equipment configuration, including Wi-Fi networks, IP addressing, and firmware installation and updates. Experience or familiarity with software preparation, loading, and handling for electronic devices. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality in equipment preparation, configuration, and repair activities. Awareness of safety rules and quality standards in industrial or technical environments.
