This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of projects and programs by establishing and managing robust project management office (PMO) frameworks. The PMO Manager/Consultant will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and leadership to drive governance, planning, execution, and reporting across multiple initiatives.
