We are looking for a System Designer to join our team and help build, update, and maintain our design systems. In this role, you will: Create & Update Systems: Develop and continuously update our design systems to keep them modern, scalable, and aligned with current trends. Collaborate & Mentor: Work closely with other designers—potentially managing and teaching them—to ensure a consistent design approach across all tools. Integrate Feedback: Incorporate new features from the UX team and suggestions from stakeholders to improve and expand our design systems. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design. 3+ years of experience working on or managing design systems. Experience designing for multiple platforms, including Web, iOS, and Android. Excellent understanding of Figma, its tokens, autolayouts and all the latest updates. Incorporate new features to the Design System as well as adjustments gathered from different sources. Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and the basics of client-server architecture. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team with a low-ego, high-impact mindset. The candidate should have an engineering mindset, applying systematic, analytical thinking to design and refine scalable, integrated design solutions. Strong presentation and documentation skills, with an eye for detail in visual design and brand consistency. Design creative solutions for A/B testing and experiments across digital platforms. Partner with Product Owners to define business requirements and collaborate with researchers for insights.
