About the role The Spa Reception trainee will support the Spa Front Desk Team and Manager during their daily operations. In a regular daily basis, you will welcome guests to our unique Spa, following the Six Senses Spa procedure and standards, provide information about our products, services and hotel facilities and Ibiza island, collaborate with other depatments to provide excellent service and become a brand ambassador of Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay. You will have the opportunity to give your personal touch to every guest interaction and to bring fresh ideas to the table to improve our guests' experience. Program length: 4 to 6 months Start date: April – May 2026 What's in it for you You will have the opportunity to acquire global knowledge of the Spa department while learning about Nobu Standards, Procedures and Systems. You will get to know the different areas of the hotel. Free accommodation in a shared room; shared apartment. Free meal during working hours. Internship allowance of 500€ gross per month + TIPS What you need to have Hospitality and Hotel Management Student (Diploma, University studies or Master). Fluent in English (B2+ or above) and independent level of Spanish (B2). User level of Microsoft Office. Passion for delivering great guest services. Attention to details, love for teamwork and good interpersonal skills. Good organization and planning skills. Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach. Previous hospitality experience is a plus. Eligible to work in the EU / Ibiza.
