The Acquisition Marketing team is responsible for delivering high potential customers to our New Business Sales partners across the European markets.Our mission is to deliver high quality and policy compliant leads, researched from various online sources and tools provided by Marketing and Sales partners.ResponsibilitiesProspect high quality, policy-compliant leads for our internal New Business Sales teamsCompany evaluation: assess company potential using provided guidelines and online toolsCompany qualification: conduct eligibility checks using internal tools to ensure prospects are eligible for acquisitionBe on the lookout for industry news and trends to ensure timely prospectingUnderstand market seasonality and collaborate with sales programs to plan ahead on lead sourcing areas, according to the sales team's needsResponsible for delivering a set of leads based on the agreed quarterly targetProvide weekly reporting / analysis of your work in a presentable formatRequirementsLanguage Skills: C2 level of German and C1 level of EnglishOver 18 months of experience in digital advertising or market research, specifically within the German marketBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldProficient in spreadsheets, including pivot tables and some automationGood analytical thinking and awareness of market trends, especially in the German SMB spaceDetail-oriented and careful in workComfortable using reports, databases, and CRM systemsOrganized and able to manage tasks in a fast-paced environmentAble to manage time well and handle several tasks at onceCan work independently and stay focused with occasional supervisionFamiliar with CRM systems and customer data managementHas used AI tools to support daily work and outreach strategiesWorks well in environments with clear goals and team collaborationMotivated and takes initiative when neededWorks independently but values teamworkUnderstands business needs and can support growth strategiesCan identify potential leads based on available dataApplies logical thinking to assess lead qualitySpecialized Skills for the German MarketMarket understanding: clear understanding of the German market, including cultural nuances and business practicesStrategic thinking: capability to identify and target companies with growth potentialAnalytical skills: proficiency in analyzing market trends and customer dataMarket trends: staying ahead of market trends and consumer behavior in the German region is vital.
