Therefore, being a NEXTER means that your career and talent become meaningful to you and those around you, allowing you to build what matters most to you and reach your next level.We are looking for a Database Administrator (MS-SQL) to join our team for a multinational leader in the technology sector.# ; Key Responsibilities:Provide administration and production support for MS-SQL databases across Europe, ensuring stability, resilience and high performance.Perform monitoring, capacity management, backup and recovery, performance analysis and general incident/service request resolution.Contribute to the design and build of new database and server architectures .Offer ad hoc consulting to application teams and participate in change management processes.Help maintain high availability environments .Actively collaborate with technical peers to improve stability and performance across services.Communicate clearly with the management team when required.Continuously enhance core skills, develop new ones and share knowledge with colleagues.Work following ITIL methodology on a daily basis.# ; Skills:Essential:Solid experience in MS-SQL database administration in demanding and high-availability environments.Strong background in performance tuning, backup & recovery, monitoring and production support.Automate operational tasks and system deployments using PowerShell scripting and automation.Experience working in international and distributed teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Clear communication abilities and orientation to teamwork.High level of English (minimum B2).Desirable:Experience defining and building new SQL Server architectures.Knowledge of capacity management.Familiarity with ITIL processes.# ; Job Conditions & Benefits:# ; Permanent contract.# ; Work Mode: Hybrid# ; Competitive salary.# ; Professional Development: Access to an annual budget dedicated to advancing your skills through professional certifications.Join our expert team, where creativity, commitment and the ability to bring new perspectives are essential to make a difference in a world full of opportunities.# ; Are you ready for your NEXT LEVEL?In Lognext we are committed to equality between women and men and as proof of this we have a registered and published Lognext Equality Plan.
