The resort opened its doors in August 2024 following an extensive restoration and renovation of the historic property, originally inaugurated in 1929 on a vast private estate. After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island.About The RoleThe Bell Attendant is responsible for creating a positive first and last impression for hotel guests by providing a warm welcome, assisting with luggage handling, and offering attentive and personalized service throughout the arrival and departure experience. As a key part of the front‑of‑house team, the Bellboy plays a vital role in ensuring guest satisfaction and supporting seamless operations in the lobby area.What You Will DoGreets guests who arrive by private car, taxi, or limo by opening their car door and welcoming them to the hotel.Assists guests descending from cars and issues appropriate valet parking tickets to guests who want cars parked.Gives verbal greetings to guests arriving or departing on foot.Opens hotel doors for all guests.Escorts guests to their rooms, delivering their luggage upon check‑in and picks up luggage from rooms upon departure.Unloads guest luggage from cars, tags it, and issues claim tickets to guests.Loads guest luggage to cars upon their departure.Assures the smooth flow of traffic on the drive by directing guest cars and taxis to the appropriate positions.Provides guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions. Hails taxis as needed.Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.Assists customers with inquiries regarding hotel services, hours of operation, key hotel personnel, in‑house events, etc.Greets all guests passing through the front door and offers assistance if needed.Maintains a high level of cleanliness on the driveway and hotel entrance.Works harmoniously and professionally with co‑workers and supervisors.Projects an image of friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to provide personalized services to guests.Works closely with the front office and keeps the front desk informed of any guest problems, special requests, complaints, etc.Manages luggage carts, heavy, and awkward crates around the hotel.Reports deficiencies noted in guest rooms and on guest floors to the front desk staff.Responds appropriately in any hotel emergency or safety situation.Performs other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.What You BringReading, writing, and oral proficiency in English; excellent communication skills are essential.Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills; a warm welcoming smile, a positive attitude, and knowledge of the local area are ideal.Ability to prioritize, multi‑task, and maintain high attention to detail.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, overnight, weekends, and holidays.Physical stamina to stand for 8 hours per shift and the ability to lift and push as required.High school education or equivalent experience is required.Work Experience2 YearsDegreeProfessional / TechnicianLanguagesSpanish / English (High language ability)What We OfferCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Excellent training and development opportunities.Complimentary accommodation at other Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.Complimentary dry cleaning for employee uniforms.Complimentary employee meals.Discounts at our hotel restaurants and on local services.Possibility of accommodation and transportation to work at a reduced cost.Schedule & HoursSeasonal contract, full time, 40 hours per week, with consecutive and rotating shifts (including early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends).#J-18808-Ljbffr
