Estamos buscando un Sales Representative con base en Barcelona para formar parte de un equipo líder y contribuir al crecimiento de nuestras marcas en farmacias.
???? Principales Responsabilidades:
- Gestión de Clientes : Visitar farmacias en tu área asignada para establecer relaciones sólidas y de confianza con los clientes.
- Promoción de Productos : Presentar y comercializar dispositivos médicos, asegurando una adecuada visibilidad y disponibilidad en el canal farmacia.
- Negociación Comercial : Implementar acuerdos y promociones, optimizando la rentabilidad y asegurando la satisfacción del cliente.
- Formación y Asesoramiento : Brindar soporte técnico y formación a los equipos de farmacia sobre el uso y beneficios de los dispositivos médicos.
- Análisis y Seguimiento : Monitorizar el rendimiento de ventas, analizar resultados y proponer acciones para alcanzar los objetivos establecidos.
- Cobertura Territorial : Diseñar y ejecutar rutas eficientes para cubrir todas las farmacias asignadas en la región de Barcelona.
- Gestión de Inventario : Asegurar una adecuada rotación y disponibilidad de productos en los puntos de venta.
???? Perfil del Candidato:
- Experiencia : Mínimo 3 años en ventas en el canal farmacia, preferiblemente en el sector de dispositivos médicos.
- Habilidades Comerciales : Gran capacidad de negociación, persuasión y enfoque en resultados.
- Formación Académica : Titulación en Ciencias de la Salud, Administración de Empresas, Ventas o similar.
- Competencias Clave : Proactividad, comunicación efectiva, habilidades organizativas y orientación al cliente.
- Idiomas : Catalán y español fluidos; nivel intermedio de inglés es un plus.
- Residencia : Con base en Barcelona o alrededores, con disponibilidad para desplazarse dentro de la región asignada.
