As a Claims Handler you will manage claims, including third party agreements (TPA) and service providers in line with the Markel claims philosophy, Markel Style and Claims Handling Manual. We have an exciting opportunity for a Claims Handler (Liability), based in our impressive Madrid office in the Torre de Cristal. Championing continuous improvement and working with the team to improve end to end processes and data accuracy Bachelors or Masters degree in Law, Business, or similar field Proven experience in a Claims function, ideally with a focus on Liability, in an insurance company, broker or DCA Effective interpersonal skills as you collaborate with local and regional partners, as well as internal colleagues, across Spain and Europe Strong partnership skills for developing strategic planning to achieve team and company ambitions. Fluency in Spanish and English essential.
