Accounts Payable Specialist In this role, you will be responsible for executing accounting and reporting activities within the Accounts Payable area of Procure to Pay, ensuring timely payments’ settlement and vendor queries’ resolution. You will also have the opportunity to participate in ongoing projects. Process purchase and cost invoices and credit notes within the agreed timeframe, maintaining high service quality and efficiency. Accounts Receivable or General Ledger Collect, analyze and interpret data to produce reports, both monthly and ad‑hoc ones; Ensure service levels and quality standards of provided services (KPI, SLA); Build effective relationships with suppliers and stakeholders within the local entities; Participate in emerging projects – e.g. process transitions, continuous improvements, procedures standardization etc.; Qualifications English fluency required. 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable ideally embedded in a Shared Service Center. Solid accounting skills and understanding of accounting principles. Strong proficiency in Excel and SAP. Fixed term contract of 6 months. Bonus calculated according to the company's performance.
