New ways of working will promote accountability, empowerment, and collaboration, creating a highly skilled and engaged team with an entrepreneurial mindset at all levels.This role is part of the Operations department, overseeing the entire production process—including blending, filling, warehousing, and maintenance—to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing that meets agreed OEE targets. With a strong focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery, the organization guarantees production aligned with customer needs, company standards, and local regulations.The purpose of this role is to ensure the production process is carried out according to applicable standards and regulations.
