Meet the team Driving clarity, focus, and disciplined execution across the company The Corporate Strategy/CEO Office team sits at the heart of Preply, working directly with the CEO and executive team to define priorities, run our operating rhythm, and translate strategic goals into measurable outcomes. From OKRs to board materials, we ensure alignment, insight, and accountability – enabling the organization to make faster, smarter decisions. What you'll be doing: Transformation Initiatives – Drive and support high‑impact transformation projects across the business, including evolving our value proposition with new AI tools, refining the business model, and improving hiring at scale. Financial & business modelling – Build and analyze models to assess new opportunities such as emerging market segments, product offerings, pricing strategies, and potential M&A or partnership initiatives. Data‑driven analysis – Conduct regular analysis and research to identify improvement areas and recommend new growth initiatives. Impact measurement – Track and measure the impact of strategic projects by defining KPIs, monitoring performance, and ensuring follow‑through on recommendations. Cross‑functional Projects – Collaborate cross‑functionally to gather inputs, test assumptions, and support implementation of new initiatives; gaining exposure to multiple teams and workstreams. Communication – Create structured presentations, dashboards, and reports to summarize insights, communicate findings, and support decision‑making across Product, Customer Experience, Finance, Marketing, and Leadership. Facilitation – Coordinate workstreams, manage timelines, and keep stakeholders informed and moving toward shared goals. What you need to succeed: 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or planning, ideally in a high‑growth tech environment. Strong analytical and quantitative skills; hands‑on experience building models in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or BI tools (e.g., Looker, PowerBI) is a plus. Proactive and resourceful mindset; eagerness to learn, take ownership, and work through ambiguity in a fast‑moving environment. Strong problem‑solving abilities, with experience identifying root causes, evaluating options, and driving structured, practical solutions. Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex information, create clear narratives, and influence cross‑functional stakeholders. Comfort navigating ambiguity and balancing strategic and operational depth. Based in Barcelona or London, with a preference for Barcelona.
