The Safety Specialist will provide consultative support to production centres across Europe, collaborating with regional Safety and Operations Directors as well as European Operations department. This role involves participation in various safety analyses, incident investigations, and European standard updates, contributing to the overall safety and efficiency of operations.Key Responsibilities: The Junior Safety Engineer (Home Care) Europe will have the following responsibilities: Promote risk prevention at all organizational levels. Ensure compliance with regulations and internal requirements regarding safety and health in the workplace by conducting periodic visits. Prepare risk evaluations. Conduct safety inspections at healthcare sites and centers. Investigate accidents, incidents, and occupational illnesses. Develop and improve work procedures. Provide training and information on safety related topics for employees. Conduct internal and external audits. Liaise with healthcare sites and their management teams. Continuously improving the safety prevention system (new equipment, management tools, etc.) Job requirements Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in a technical, safety or scientific field. Knowledge of ISO standards. Fluent in English (written and spoken). At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferred in safety or healthcare field. Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders at all levels and to work independently and as part of a team. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Others: Travel requirements: Travelling may be required up to 30-50% of your time.
