No fillers, no nasties, just real results.Featured in Vogue, Women's Health, and Evening Standard, our UK-made products are trusted by health‑conscious people who refuse to compromise on quality.The RoleWe're looking for a Creative Strategist to join our performance marketing team, with a heavy focus on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) paid social.You’ll be responsible for developing high‑performing ad concepts, analysing what’s working in our ad accounts, and translating data insights into creative briefs that convert. This role requires strong experience in direct‑response creative, a deep understanding of buyer psychology, and the ability to work at pace.You’ll collaborate closely with our Performance Marketing Manager, designers, video editors, and UGC creators. The ideal candidate comes from a high‑performing DTC brand, ideally within wellness or similar sectors.Beyond paid social, you’ll contribute to landing page strategy, brand creative direction, organic social content, and website messaging. But make no mistake, the core of this role is paid advertising performance. Everything else supports that goal.Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Social Creative (Primary Focus)Develop high‑performing ad concepts, hooks, angles, and scripts for Meta paid campaignsWrite persuasive direct‑response copy (short‑form and long‑form)Analyse winning ads, competitor angles, creative trends, and performance data to guide new iterationsWrite detailed creative briefs for designers, video editors, and UGC creatorsTest, iterate, and optimise creatives based on performance dataApply direct‑response principles and proven frameworks (AIDA, PAS, etc.) to ensure ads convert at scaleFollow winning structures rather than reinventing for creativity’s sakePresent weekly creative performance reports with clear recommendationsMaintain and improve creative pipeline, briefs, and internal processesSupporting ResponsibilitiesContribute to landing page messaging and structure for paid campaignsProvide creative direction for website content and product pagesGuide organic social content strategy to support broader brand goalsEnsure creative consistency across the customer journeyWhat We’re Looking For2+ years experience in direct‑response creative strategy for DTC e‑commerce (agency, brand, or freelance)Strong background in Meta Ads, especially in high‑volume creative environmentsProven experience writing detailed creative briefs for creative teamsAbility to analyse ad performance data and translate insights into actionable creative directionStrong copywriting skills with understanding of direct‑response frameworksDeep understanding of DTC consumer psychology and scroll‑stopping principlesExperience collaborating with designers, video editors, and UGC creatorsHighly data‑driven mindset. You prioritise performance over creative preferenceClear, fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and take ownershipNice to HaveExperience in health, wellness, supplements, or beauty brandsExperience with UGC casting or managing creatorsFamiliarity with tools like Meta Ad Library, Triple Whale, Foreplay, MotionLanding page optimisation or CRO experienceBasic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)Your PersonalityData‑obsessed.
