What You’ll Do Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Booking Assistance: Support customers with reservations, changes, cancellations, and payments. Problem Solving: Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally. Quality & Accuracy: Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with procedures. High‑Volume Interaction: Manage multiple customer interactions daily with empathy and care. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to maintain high service standards. What You’ll Bring Language Skills: C1/C2 level of Dutch and good level of English. Customer‑First Mindset: Strong communication and problem‑solving skills. Experience: Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus. Flexibility: Willingness to work rotating shifts. Professionalism: Calm, solution‑oriented approach.
