La Fundació i2CAT està cercant un/a perfil de suport administratiu per incorporar a l'equip de Project Management Office (PMO) amb possibilitat de realitzar un conveni de pràctiques amb el centre formatiu.

L'oficina de gestió de projectes d'i2CAT té com objectiu donar suport a les nostres àrees de recerca en la gestió administrativa, financera i legal dels projectes competitius als quals apliquen (Pre-Award), així com en els projectes competitius que tenen concedits i en els quals treballen (Post-Award).

La persona seleccionada s'encarregarà de donar suport als gestors/es de projectes amb tasques de:

  • Suport en la gestió i manteniment de la informació a Bases de Dades internes i l'ERP corporatiu.
  • Suport en el control de despeses incorregudes pel personal investigador.
  • Seguiment del cobraments de subvencions, factures, pagament de proveïdors en coordinació amb administració.
  • Suport a les auditories anuals de l'entitat i la preparació de les auditories de projectes (Revisió de factures, preparació de documentació, etc.).
  • Suport als gestors/es de projectes en la presentació i lliurament de formulacions, justificacions i requeriments.
  • Custòdia de l'arxiu físic i digital de documentació de projectes.

Requisits mínims:

  • Cursar en l'actualitat CFGM en administració i/o finances o similar.
  • Possibilitat de realitzar un conveni de pràctiques amb el centre formatiu.
  • Anglès nivell mitjà
  • Nivell d'anglès fluid (oral i escrit)
  • Nivell alt d'Excel
  • Interés per desenvolupar el perfil professional en la gestió administrativa i econòmica de projectes competitius
  • Persona organitzada i autònoma
