Job Description What you’ll do Day‑to‑day responsibility for equipment, products, cleanliness and hygiene of the treatment areas, including the fitness centre. Stay aware of all treatments offered and any promotions on offer at any given time. Achieve sales targets as set by the Wellness Manager. Assist with demonstrations and events as required. Adhere to training as set down by the Wellness Manager. Maintain stock at the correct level following set standards. Use the correct quantities of products as specified by the manufacturer and not exceed that amount. Attend all training courses as deemed necessary. Keep up the high standard of treatment and service. Supervise and ensure the safety of users and equipment at the spa. Maintain a high standard of appearance and personal hygiene as laid down by the Wellness Manager. Always be punctual and prepared in advance of treatments. Ensure that daily sales figures are accurately recorded. Be adaptable and accountable for all actions. Perform reception shifts. Perform any other duties deemed reasonable by management. Show courtesy to guests and other members of staff at all times. Qualifications +2 years of experience in a spa, wellness centre or luxury hospitality environment. Knowledge of spa treatments and services. A strong commitment to cleanliness, hygiene and maintaining a serene, elevated atmosphere. Team player with high energy, motivation and a proven track record of living the company's values. Positive attitude and passion for helping others achieve wellness goals. Ability to multitask, work in a fast‑paced environment and pay high attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages highly valuable. Ability to make guests feel good and create a positive impact on team and guests. Strong team leadership and ability to inspire others. Excellent relationship builder, confident working with other teams and leaders. Ownership of important issues, problem solving and effective decision making. Quick learner, adaptable to SLS’s unique culture. Humility, openness to ideas, collaboration and execution mindset. Willingness to try new approaches and innovate. Enjoys working hard, supporting each other and having fun.
