As we continue being 'Here for you', we're looking for a Raw Material Technician to join our Quality team. Main Responsibilities: Manage raw material claims in accordance with Ontex regulations and guidelines. Communicate with sales representatives and suppliers. Record investigations and responses in line with market requirements. Identify root causes and analyze claim trends. Plan and execute packaging validations. Support quality investigations (QIS), CAPAs, and RCPS. Collaborate with internal areas such as supply chain, production, quality, and sales. Profile Requirements: University degree in a technical or scientific field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 3 years' experience in operational quality in a plant or commercial team. Knowledge of products and production flow. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; statistical knowledge is a plus. Fluent in English; other languages are a plus. Key Competencies: Analytical thinking and effective communication. Teamwork and customer orientation. Ability to work in multicultural environments. Structured and persistent problem-solving skills.
