Sales Manager – Real Estate Marbella We are a well-established real estate brokerage in Marbella, now looking to recruit an experienced Sales Manager to take our company to the next level. PLEASE NOTE: This role is on-site in Marbella. Only candidates currently based in Marbella or with proven professional experience in the Marbella real estate market will be considered. Requirements (Mandatory): Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager within real estate Documented experience working in the Marbella property market Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and scale a sales team Solid understanding of high-end residential sales, client acquisition, and deal closing Fluent in English (Spanish is a strong advantage) Role & Responsibilities: Lead and manage the sales team on a daily basis Drive sales performance, structure processes, and improve conversion rates Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company growth goals Actively participate in high-value negotiations and key client relationships Work closely with management to expand the brand and market presence in Marbella What We Offer: A key leadership role in a growing, ambitious brokerage Competitive compensation package (based on experience) Long-term opportunity to grow with the company A professional, on-site working environment in Marbella Compensation: Multiple commission structures available depending on role and experience 2 different option Base salary + commission options available for managers High comission - no salary options ( Details discussed during interview) Applications without the required experience or without Marbella market background will not be considered.
