Responsibilities Drive our business forward by reaching and exceeding sales goals. Turn prospects into loyal clients and raving fans. Use a cold calling strategy to build relationships, uncover needs, and recommend the right ADP products and services. Cross-sell into existing accounts by highlighting ADP’s other products and solutions. Collaborate daily with internal and external customers to establish and maintain good relationships. Qualifications Demonstrated sales aptitude, assertive, persistent, good listener, and self-motivated with excellent closing skills. Goal-oriented with a proven ability to reach and exceed quotas (monthly/yearly). Well organized with effective time and activity management skills.
