Job Summary We are seeking a creative and data-driven TikTok Content Specialist to lead and grow Absolute Internship’s presence on TikTok. This role involves developing engaging, trend-savvy, and emotionally impactful short-form video content that aligns with our brand and drives measurable audience engagement. The ideal candidate will combine strong storytelling, copywriting, and video editing skills with strategic thinking and analytical insight. You will collaborate with our marketing and design teams to craft innovative campaigns, stay ahead of emerging trends, and continuously refine our TikTok strategy to enhance reach, engagement, and brand impact. Location : Barcelona (preferred) or RemoteType : hybrid or remoteDuration : 6 months, full time, paid internship starting in December 2025 What is Absolute Internship? Proposed Responsibilities: Managing & operating our TikTok platform for Absolute Internship Brainstorm and generate creative content ideas for TikTok Produce and edit short-form videos Copywriting for TikTok Producing & creating emotional, impactful, strategic organic content for Absolute Internship measured by attention metrics (likes, comments, reach etc). Diving into analytics & data to create strategic organic content for Absolute Internship’s TikTok Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to create visuals and multimedia content Ensure that all content follows the established brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging content formats, identifying opportunities for trendjacking Collaborate with team continuously developing comprehensive content strategies for the TikTok platform What we Expect: Professionalism at all times Promptness and Professional communication (12-hour email response policy) Positive and respectful attitude towards all stakeholders Resourcefulness and creativity Proactive behavior Attention to detail Organizational skills to guarantee efficient time management IDEAL QUALITIES AND EXPERIENCE: The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, a passionate team player, good under pressure and fast on their feet. 1-2 years of experience in an international environment. Prior experience in Marketing, Copywriting and Design Production is highly desirable.
