Data Center Technician, Data Center OperationsAWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. And you’ll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.Key job responsibilitiesSAFETYFollow and maintain the highest safety standards and diligently encourage a world‑class safety culture. Own the safety initiatives and projects to foster a strong safety culture.DATA CENTER OPERATIONS (DCO)Diagnosing hardware and network problems followed by physical repairsTroubleshooting events within internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs)Performing root cause analysis of equipment failuresManual handling and lifting of equipment may be required (weight limits in accordance with regulations)Working rotating shifts (morning/late/night) as well as weekends to maintain the 24/7 data center environment (If applicable)On‑call rotation reaction to off‑duty emergency calls (if applicable)About the teamDiverse ExperiencesAWS values diverse experiences.
