Product Analyst – Digital Retail

SQLI is seeking a highly motivated and talented Product Analyst specialized in r etail digitalsystems to join our dynamic Client & Market this role you will contribute to thedevelopment rollout and optimization of retail digital solutions across one of the most luxurius brands in the world.As a P roduct Analyst you will gather and analyze business needs translate them into functionalrequirements and ensure alignment between business expectations and technical delivery. You willwork closely with cross-functional teams including Product Owners Subject Matter Expert andProgram Managers providing support from the early stages of requirement gathering to postimplementation and hypercare.This role requires strong analytical organizational and communication skills and the ability to operatein a global environment with distributed teams across different time zones.What is this all aboutAct as the main interface between business stakeholders and technical teams for retail-relatedinitiatives.Conduct business analysis activities including stakeholder interviews process mapping anddocumentation of current and future states to support solution design.Own and lead retail-related projects and sub-streams within global deployment programs.Conduct project planning and coordination activities related to retail system rollouts.Drive gap analysis capture and refine functional requirements and track design decisions.Coordinate and execute boutique rollouts including infrastructure setup and onsite support.Lead cutover activities in coordination with infrastructure markets brands and support teamsEnsure proper follow-up of post-rollout hypercare and resolution of retail-specific issues.Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues involving SAPPOS and GK systems.Collaborate with other delivery streams to ensure alignment of retail solutions with programtimelines and milestones.Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation dashboards and reporting tools for project tracking.Monitor and report on SLAs ensuring that support and delivery expectations are consistently met.Coordinate with cybersecurity and compliance teams to ensure proper controls are applied.Provide regular updates to project stakeholders and elevate issues proactively.Actively support and mentor team members promoting collaboration and shared ownership ofdeliverables.Provide support for retail solutions ensuringtimely issue resolution and coordination withtechnical teams when escalation is neededQualifications : Who are youBachelors or Masters degree in Business Information Systems Engineering or a related fieldSolid experience with SAP Retail especially in :SAP & POS interface integrationSAP SD order management pricing finance integrationSAP UI5 and Fiori Launchpad (functional knowledge)GK POS expertise : installation configuration log retrieval troubleshootingExperience in inventory management tools such as SoviaFamiliarity with infrastructure coordination and EFT terminal deploymentExperience applying business analysis techniques such as use case modeling process flowdiagrams and user story definition.Understanding of cutover plans hypercare methodology and incident follow-upAbility to investigate OSS notes before raising support ticketsStrong skills in managing end-to-end project deliverables across multiple stakeholdersKnowledge of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and processes to manage incidents requests andchange tracking related to retail systems.Skills & behavioursFluency in English additional languages are a plusStrong communication and requirement-gathering skillsAbility to manage expectations and negotiate compromisesMaturity and sense of ownership for project outcomesExcellent organizational and time management skillsProven stress tolerance and patience especially in a 24 / 7 retail contextTeam player mindset with willingness to support others and maintain transparencyEffective presentation skills for process and solution designAdditional Information : What do we offerPermanent contract.Competitive salary.Flexible Remuneration (Meal vouchers kinder garden Public Transport / Mobility)Private health insurance (including dental care).Juno Journey Premium member platform with a lot of on-line learnings (certifications courses etc).Individual yearly training and certification budget.Onsite / Hybrid / Remote policy work.Work Schedule Monday to Friday.Intensive working hours on Fridays and all week in July and August.Full salary coverage for sick leave.Data protection noticeSQLI Group ensures that applicants personal data is processed as required by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Ley de Protección de Datos 3 / 2018 of the Spanish Kingdom.
