Why this role matters You’ll turn acquisition engines into predictable, scalable growth. From affiliates and partnerships to full‑funnel CRO, you’ll shape growth campaigns that compound, backed by clean analytics and tight feedback loops. The impact you'll have in your first 12 months Build and scale an affiliate & partnerships engine: incentives, landing pages, reporting. Improve conversion across the funnel from invite → signup → approval → first deposit, shipping rapid CRO experiments aligned with launch phases. Ship compounding growth campaigns: lifecycle & in‑app comms, website & SEO foundations, content/social proof, and partner co‑marketing. First 90 days Kick off affiliate pilots, CRO experiments on invite/approval funnels, and establish a minimal growth analytics stack. What you’ll own Affiliates & Partnerships Design and scale affiliate and referral programs: structures, tiers, codes, landing pages, partner enablement, and performance analytics. Recruit and onboard priority partners in the creator and agency ecosystem. Build partner playbooks, co‑marketing kits, and lightweight operations. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Map the full funnel: invite → signup → approval → first deposit → activation. Run rapid, high‑signal experiments on landing pages, onboarding, content, and in‑app flows. Partner with Product & Marketing to reduce friction and boost trust. Growth Marketing Lead lifecycle campaigns across email, Telegram, and in‑app messaging. Support website updates, SEO foundations, and social proof (testimonials, UGC, events). Co‑create partner campaigns that drive acquisition and retention. Analytics & Feedback Loops Track north‑star and operational metrics across launch phases. Build pragmatic dashboards; make experimentation the default. Align with Finance to ensure unit economics are sound. How we define success Affiliate engine generates qualified agencies & creators with positive ROI. Funnel metrics (signup, approval, activation) meet or exceed phase targets. Repeatable CRO wins documented and applied across channels. Weekly growth reporting drives decisions and experiments. Strong cross‑functional rhythm with Product, GTM, Support, and Finance. You’ll thrive here if you Have 5+ years in growth roles owning affiliates/partnerships & CRO. Can design growth loops, incentives, and partner programs balancing volume & quality. Are fluent in funnel experimentation and conversion mechanics. Can build lightweight analytics and reporting without perfect tooling. Communicate clearly, move fast, and ship smart weekly bets. Nice to have Creator economy, fintech or crypto experience; PostHog/Mixpanel/Retool familiarity. Exposure to P&L or pricing with Finance.
