As part of our organizational development and to support our growth, we are looking for an Electrical Area Manager to join our design team in Madrid . Reporting to the Entity Manager , you will play a key role in strengthening our electrical engineering expertise and structuring the activity of the electrical design team . More specifically, your main responsibilities will include: Leading and developing the electrical design team , ensuring daily supervision, coordination, performance management and team engagement, Managing electrical design projects , including planning, workload allocation, scheduling, budget control and quality of deliverables, Optimizing resources and organization , ensuring efficient use of human and technical resources to meet cost, quality and deadline objectives, Driving performance and continuous improvement , including reporting, implementation of best practices, and promotion of quality, safety and environmental standards, Ensuring technical excellence and innovation , by monitoring regulatory and technological developments and deploying new methods and solutions in electrical engineering, Acting as a key interface , coordinating with internal departments and maintaining strong relationships with strategic clients and partners. You hold a degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) and have at least 10 years of experience in the design and delivery of industrial building projects . Recognized for your leadership, interpersonal skills and technical expertise, you are comfortable working in a demanding and collaborative environment. You have strong communication skills and enjoy working in an international, multicultural context. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required , while French would be an asset.
