As of 30 September 2025 assets under management from consolidated businesses stood at 2.7 bn while those managed by firms in which the Group holds a strategic stake amounted to 14.2 bn.Job DescriptionAlantra is searching for an associate for its Investment Banking division (Energy and Infrastructure). The candidate will:Participate in the execution of active mandates (buy‑and sell‑side debt and equity advisory) with strong exposure to clients, including preparation of information memoranda, management presentations, financial analysis, modelling and valuation works, data‑room management etc.Participate in marketing initiatives: preparation of market strategic and competitive analyses as well as industry screening for the identification of potential targets/buyers, financial valuations etc.Be responsible for training and management of junior colleagues and interns.RequirementsGraduates from top‑tier business or engineering schools / Masters in corporate finance.4‑7 years of experience from a leading investment
