Senior Android Developer Location: Hybrid - Barcelona, Spain (3 days onsite, 2 remote) Wizeline, a global AI-native technology solutions provider, develops cutting‑edge, AI‑powered digital products and platforms. We partner with clients to leverage data and AI, accelerating market entry and driving business transformation. As a global community of innovators, we foster a culture of growth, collaboration, and impact. Apply agile software development practices and define application architecture models and programming standards. Design and implement processes for development, testing, monitoring, and change management while setting application development standards. Contribute hands‑on by implementing Android features, fixing bugs, optimizing performance, and improving user experience. 6 years of professional experience in Android native mobile development. ~ Strong hands‑on experience with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. ~ Familiarity with data structures, system design, design patterns, API design, and architectures such as MVP, MVVM, and declarative UI. ~ Experience with Git, Git workflows, and modern DevOps practices for mobile applications. ~ Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. ~ Advanced English level (written and verbal). A full‑stack background or exposure to backend technologies. Familiarity with cloud services, GraphQL, Firebase, or related technologies. Experience working in media, news, or content‑heavy mobile applications. A passion for mobile innovation and user experience; Leverage AI tools to optimize day‑to‑day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation.
